The Pershall Group understands that buying a home is stressful enough on it's own and now we have to worry about this new virus COVID-19. Because of this new virus we are offering free sanitization services from Sanitize Solutions when you purchase home with an accepted offer from now 3/17/2020 - 4/30/2020.
Customers can choose one of two options:
Option 1. AUX Vapor Shock - We use a safe, EPA-approved vapor system which slowly fills up the volume of the entire home, sanitizing every nook and cranny. This allows permeation of all areas of the home (including ductwork), eliminating bacteria, viruses, germs, allergens, and spores down to the nanometer, as well as oxidation of any unwanted odors. With this 24-hour treatment option, no people, pets, or plants are allowed re-entry until complete. This method is the most thorough, does not harm personal belongings, and leaves no toxic residue. Option 2. AUX Liquid Solution (Mist/Fog) - We use a safe, EPA-approved, botanical antimicrobial solution to sanitize the entire home. Our solution has residual capabilities of up to 12 days, meaning the product will not only treat existing threats, it will also provide continuous protective effects. The average home will take 45 minutes to 2 hours to complete, depending on size. Although not required, it is recommended that all people, pets, and plants be removed for treatment, but may return 15-20 minutes upon completion of the job. This method does not harm personal belongings and leaves no toxic residue. This method is also extremely effective against bacteria, viruses, germs, allergens, and spores.
